How long do macarons stay fresh?
Sweet macarons will last for 2-3 days in the fridge, up to a month in the freezer.
Savoury macarons will last 1 day in the fridge and 2 weeks in the freezer. Macarons are best kept in an air-tight container safe from moisture.

Do your macarons contain gluten?
All of our macarons are gluten free and none of our products contain gluten.
However we cannot guarantee that there are no traces as our suppliers carry products with gluten.

Yes we (almost) always have at least two dairy free macaron flavours available.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are processed through the week with a cut-off of Sunday at midnight. We package all orders and ship them out the following Tuesday morning. We always ship express or priority. We recommend choosing priority shipping for the East Coast and smaller rural communities across Canada.
Will I Receive A Confirmation For My Shipped Order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you complete your purchase, as well as a fulfillment email when your order is shipped.
Can I Cancel Or Change My Shipping Order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you have until 10:00 AM (PST) on the Monday after you place your order by sending us an email at the following address: info@bonmacaronpatisserie.com We won't accept any cancellation by phone.
What Happens If I'm Not Home When My Shipped Delivery Arrives?
Considering the perishable nature and in order to maintain the freshness and the quality of the product, on the day of the delivery, you must be present or make sure that there is someone to receive your package. If there is no one at the address indicated, we will leave the parcel in front of the door. Keep in mind that you can always have your package shipped to an office/workplace! Bon Macaron will not be held liable if the box is not collected at time of delivery.
Why Don't You Ship Savoury Macarons?
Savoury macarons are made with high-moisture content fillings such as goat cheese & cream cheese, and are therefore much softer than our sweet macarons and also expire more quickly. You can easily find which macarons are "savoury" under the corresponding category on our flavours page.
